You always have the opportunity to try and negotiate for yourself. Most of our clients have and unfortunately their attemts are unsuccessful.  Some people act as their own accountant, legal representative, contractor, etc. Most of the time these have desastrous consequences. If you wish to try this please keep in mind time is extremely essential and vital to the success. 

"Partial claim", "loan modification" and "special forbearance" are intimidating and confusing terms, trying to assertain your position in the chain of command is extreemly frustrating and mostly uneventful, unless you have representation by experienced individuals.

So, why Pay us to represent you when you can perform this technical service you can perform yourself? Imaging your field of work and how many time you have encountered someone who has tried to "do it themselves". The simply lack of experience can cause errors with increasing consequences.
